Returns
Our company offers a 30 day money back guarantee.
Returns are accepted within 30 days after the buyer receives the item. The returned item must be in its original condition, unopened and unused. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Returns for damaged or incorrect items received are our responsibility.
Postage for damaged or incorrect items will be paid for by our Company. Please let us know if you have received a damaged or incorrect item, and please note you will be required to provide photographs of proof of damage or incorrect item along with the packaging label.

Customers may cancel at any time prior to the item being posted. Once posted the return of the item is solely in the hands of the buyer unless the item arrives damaged or not as ordered.

Large items are delivered using a private Courier Company. Large items cannot be delivered to a postal box.
