A small celebration!

Today I celebrate the fact that I only have another two hundred revisions on our new template for eBay. eBay has changed the rules recently which prohibits you from using active media on your description page. What this means is the old template we had which contained video image and rolling galleries needed to be replaced.
I can understand their reasoning for this, most of us today shop via our mobile devices and the active media does slow down the upload of the item description page.
The bad news was though, that I had to organize a new template and individually replace 1568 individual item description pages. What a head bang! This meant and still means that I had and have to replace not only the description of the product but upload the images attached to each description page so that you all get a better eBay experience. It had to be done this way, or else I would lose all our data and need to start from scratch, which would not be a very good idea as all the history attached to an item would be lost forever.
The good news is that the new template looks great and is much quicker to load and once I finish this arduous task, I can come back here and start loading our products onto this great site. In the mean time, I have thought about what you the customer would want from our store. I have decided to add more festive products to The Games Squad. I think it about time we celebrate our holidays in style. So more razzle dazzle. More products to spruce up your home and make it the place you want to live in, play in, bond and have fun in.
So watch out for Easter, you may find a Easter bunny in store! And Xmas will become a blitz with our new stocking filler ideas for all ages.
Now here is are some tips for Easter fun!
Hoppity, hoppity down to your local supermarket and buy a packet of bicarbonate powder or baking soda.
Cut out the shape of a rabbit's foot in a large sheet of cupboard and the make footprints on your floor sprinkling in the baking soda. Your children and grandchildren will love the surprise in the morning with footprints leading to and from the front door! And the good news is that baking soda is non-toxic and a great carpet and home deodoriser, so practical and fun all at the same time! It can be easily vaccuumed up the next day!
Create your own scavenger hunt!
When I was a kid I used to love Easter. On Easter Sunday my mother used to create a scavenger hunt for Easter eggs in the back yard. Now, I grew up in Tasmania and I can tell you Easters were very frosty back then, but I loved going into the garden and hunting for Easter eggs. Gloved up and beanie on, my brother and I used to run around the garden looking for the hidden eggs. The Tassie climate definitely suited the Easter egg hunt, but there is no excuse if you live in the Northern hemisphere. All you have to do is hide tokens in the garden and for every token that is found, it is replaced with a chocolate and no doubt, lots of sticky fingers.
